Clare Harris, Director

Clare has worked in executive search since 1998 and has a strong track record of team moves across the UK and Europe. She has completed a number of searches for banks, and private equity boutiques in structured products, real estate, infrastructure and distressed debt. Clare has placed candidates from a variety of backgrounds including traders, salespeople, structurers, portfolio managers and credit analysts. Prior to founding CK Financial Markets, Clare spent time with a global search firm where she carried out various strategic planning exercises and competitor analysis for key clients.

Katie Penrose, Director

Katie is a highly experienced executive search consultant and one of the founders of CK Financial Markets. She began her career with a boutique search firm, moving on to run the Frankfurt office before returning to London to work at Longbridge International. She later spent two years with an international search firm, where she was responsible for high profile hires across a number of areas - including securitisation, high yield, distressed debt, credit research and strategy and structured credit.
